The victories extend the Raptors' unbeaten streak to eight games (7-0-1) and hike their record to 9-3-1 overall and 2-0 in the NJAC. Rutgers-Newark falls to 6-6 and 0-2.
Rutgers-Camden leads the all-time series, 46-25, and has won seven straight and 38 of the last 39 contests.
The Raptors host Stockton University in a 3 p.m. NJAC doubleheader Tuesday.

Scott scattered 11 hits and allowed two earned runs in the opener. She struck out four and didn't walk a batter.

Taylor Nichols (Barrington, NJ/Haddon Heights) reached on a throwing error. Nichols raced home on a double by junior third baseman
Katie Larson. Larson plated two more runs on a fifth-inning double after Garcia had walked and Nichols singled to set the table.
For the game, Garcia went 2-for-3 with three runs, while Nichols was 1-for-2 with two runs. Larson went 2-for-4 with the two doubles and three RBIs.

In the second game, Nichols went 3-for-4 with three runs to lead the Raptors' 15-hit attack. Freshman catcher
Samantha Sandridge (Friendswood, TX/Friendswood), meanwhile, drilled a fifth-inning grand slam to center field, breaking open a tight 4-3 game. It was the Raptors' first grand slam since center fielder

After both teams scored a pair of first-inning runs, the Raptors took the lead for good in the third after a single and a stolen base by Nichols. She scored on a single by Scott.
Scott hurled an eight-hitter in the second game, striking out three and allowing three earned runs. She didn't walk a batter, and also helped herself at the plate by going 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.
Day went 2-for-4 with one run and two RBIs, while Larson was 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI. Sandridge was 2-for-4 with one run and her four RBIs on the grand slam. Senior left fielder
