Jacob Dinerman...second out of 327 runners
Dinerman leads Scarlet Raptors at Paul Short Run
BETHLEHEM, Penn. (Oct. 3, 2025) – Rutgers University-Camden junior
Jacob Dinerman finished second in a huge field of 327 runners as the men's cross country team competed at Lehigh University's Paul Short Run here Friday.
The Scarlet Raptors ran in the Men's College Green race at the two-day Paul Short Run, which featured numerous races from all NCAA divisions, as well as Thursday's high school races. The Rutgers-Camden women had the week off.
The Scarlet Raptor team finished 29th of 35 programs in the Men's College Green race with 751 points in a race won by Haskell Indian with 83 points. Susquehanna's Derick Blair won the 8K event with a time of 25:18.8, while Dinerman finished in a time of 25:33.2.
Freshman
Jack Wessner finished second on the Raptors and 223rd overall in a time of 30:30.4, while sophomore
Josiah Saint Elien was third (30:55.3) on the team and 238th overall. Freshman
Dylan Davies placed fourth on the Raptors and 246th overall (31:07.8), while freshman
Erick Lopez placed fifth on the team and 249th overall (31:13.8).
Junior
Angel Chaj placed sixth on the Scarlet Raptors and 303rd overall (37:55.5), followed by freshman
Jonathan Gomez, who finished 313th overall (41:44.8).
Both Rutgers-Camden teams will run on Oct. 11 in the Jack Saint Clair Memorial Race in Philadelphia. The women's 6K race begins at 12:15 p.m., followed by the men's 8K at 1:15 p.m.
