CAMDEN, N.J. (Oct. 3, 2025) – The Rutgers University-Camden women's tennis team saw its five-match season-opening winning streak snapped here Friday as it lost to Bryn Mawr College, 6-1.
The Scarlet Raptors fell to 5-1, while the Owls improved to 2-0.

Bella Albert notched the Scarlet Raptors' lone win with a tight match at fourth singles, 5-7, 6-3, 10-8.
Freshman
Gabby Albert lost at first singles, 6-0, 6-4, while sophomore
Jilliane Jaugan dropped a 6-3, 6-3 decision at second singles. At third singles, Bryn Mawr defeated sophomore
Grace Albert, 6-2, 6-1, and senior co-captain
Katie Moore was defeated at fifth singles, 6-0, 7-5. In the sixth flight, freshman
Leila O'Brien lost, 6-1, 6-4.
Bryn Mawr swept all three doubles matches, winning at the top flight, 6-2, over Gabby and
Bella Albert. At second doubles, the Raptors'
Grace Albert and Jaugan lost, 6-3, while Moore and O'Brien dropped a 6-2 match at third doubles.
The women continue their big weekend with 12 p.m. road matches on Saturday at DeSales University and on Sunday at the Pratt Institute.
