CENTER VALLEY, Penn. (Oct. 4, 2025) – The Rutgers University-Camden women's tennis team bounced back from its lone defeat on Friday to post a 7-0 victory at DeSales University here Saturday.
The Scarlet Raptors improved to 6-1, while the Bulldogs fell to 0-3.
Rutgers-Camden earned the lone point in doubles by sweeping all three matches, with freshmen twin sisters
Gabby Albert and
Bella Albert posting a 6-0 win at the top flight, while sophomores
Grace Albert and
Jilliane Jaugan earned a 6-0 win at second doubles. At third doubles, senior co-captain
Katie Moore and freshman
Leila O'Brien combined for a 6-2 win.
Gabby Albert won her match at first singles, 6-3, 6-0, while Jaugan posted a 6-0, 6-1 win at second singles.
Grace Albert earned a 6-3, 6-2 victory at the third flight and
Bella Albert captured a 6-0, 6-1 win at fourth singles. Moore won a 6-1, 6-0 decision at fifth singles and O'Brien posted a 6-1, 6-1 win at the sixth spot.
The women conclude their busy three-day, three-match weekend with a 12 p.m. match Sunday against Pratt Institute at the National Tennis Center in Queens, New York.
