GALLOWAY, N.J. (April 18, 2026) – Over the years, no team in the New Jersey Athletic Conference has been able to beat The College of New Jersey women's tennis program and that trend continued here Saturday.
The Lions swept past Rutgers University-Camden, 7-0, to earn the regular-season NJAC title and enter Wednesday's conference semifinals as the top seed. The Lions will face William Paterson University, while the Scarlet Raptors, the second seed, will face Kean University.
The win lifts TCNJ to 15-1 this season and 3-0 in the NJAC, while Rutgers-Camden falls to 11-4 overall and 3-1 in the conference. TCNJ later swept Stockton, 7-0, to close the day at 16-1 overall and 4-0 in the NJAC.
