GALLOWAY, N.J. (Oct. 31, 2015) – The Rutgers University-Camden crew teams closed its fall season competing in three races against Stockton University here Saturday in a rowing scrimmage. The teams split a pair of races in the Women's 8 and the Scarlet Raptors won a Men's 4 competition.
The Rutgers-Camden women won their first race in a time of 7:56, while Stockton posted a 7:58 clocking. In their second race, the Ospreys had a time of 8:02, while the Scarlet Raptors finished at 8:07.
The women's boat was comprised of juniors
Tracy Austin (Haddon Township, NJ/Camden Catholic), LeeAnn Still (Cherry Hill, NJ/Cherry Hill West) and
Kayla Figueroa (Brigantine, NJ/Forest Hills), sophomore
Briana Tichian (Haddon Township, NJ/Haddon Township). freshmen
Mia Di Lolle (Haddon Township, NJ/Haddon Township), Briana Colwell (Haddon Township, NJ/Haddon Township), AnnaMarie Leddy (Mt. Laurel, NJ/Holy Cross) and
Veronica Roselli (North Haledon, NJ/Paramus Catholic) with junior coxswain
Melissa Price (Haddon Township, NJ/Haddon Township). The men posted a 7:42 clocking to defeat Stockton (7:49). The Raptors' boat included junior
Phil Pilat (Woodbury, NJ/Cherry Hill East), seniors
Gregory Barry (Pennsauken, NJ/Camden Catholic) and
Geoffrey Chmura (Plainfield, NJ/Union Catholic Regional), sophomore
