PENNSAUKEN, N.J. (April 23, 2016) – Both the Rutgers University-Camden and Stockton University crew teams will be competing at the Mid-Atlantic Rowing Conference (MARC) Championships on April 30, so the two programs warmed up for that event here Saturday with a dual competition.
 
With the Scarlet Raptors finally getting the chance to return and race on the Cooper River, the teams ran a pair of boats, competing in the Varsity Four and the Novice Four. In the Varsity Four, Stockton came out on top in a time of 9:07, while Rutgers-Camden finished in 9:22. The Scarlet Raptors won the Novice Four race with a 9:28 clocking, compared to the Ospreys' 10:02.
 
The MARC Championships will be held at Gifford Pinchot State Park in Lewisberry, Penn.
