ASTON, PA - Rutgers-Camden traveled to Aston, Pennsylvania this weekend to compete in the Neumann University Knights Fall Classic.  The Scarlet Raptors started the tournament with a loss to Widener University on Friday, Sept. 18^th. Rutgers-Camden won their second game on Friday over Baruch College. The Scarlet Raptors lost their first game on Saturday, Sept. 19^th to The Catholic University of America. The final game of the Knights Fall Classic was against Salisbury University on Saturday, Sept. 19^th.   The Sea Gulls beat the Scarlet Raptors 3-0.Rutgers-Camden opened against Widener University on Friday at 6:00pm.  The Scarlet Raptors lost to the Pride 3-0 (25-18, 25-13, and 25-17). 

Kristin Bellamy had a team high 8 kills and a dig. Sydney Allen, Olivia Rowland, and Brooke Hassan each had six kills.  Rowland notched 4 solo blocks, a block assist and 2 digs, while setter Brooke Hassan added 5 digs and 20 assists.   

Libero Erin Thompson recorded 28 digs, an assist, and a service ace.  Melanie Kaiser had 11 digs, 2 service aces, and an assist.The Scarlet Raptors second game of the Knights Fall Classic was against Baruch College. The Scarlet Raptors beat the Bearcats 3-0 (25-20, 22-25, 26-24 and 25-22).

Brooke Hassan notched 28 assists, 7 kills, 5 digs and a block assist. Libero Erin Thompson had 25 digs and 3 service aces. Caitlin Marchlowitz tallied 13 digs and 2 service aces.

Olivia Rowland notched 10 kills, 4 solo blocks, and 2 block assists.  Kristin Bellamy had 8 kills and 2 digs.The Scarlet Raptors first game on Saturday was against The Catholic University of America. The Cardinals beat Rutgers-Camden 3-0 (25-21, 28-26, and 25-8).

Brooke Hassan notched 24 assists, 7 kills, 15 digs and 2 block assists. Libero Erin Thompson had 19 digs, 5 assists and a service ace. Melanie Kaiser and Caitlin Marchlowitz each tallied 13 digs.

Olivia Rowland notched 10 kills, 3 digs, a block assist, and a solo block.  Kristin Bellamy and Cortnee Wilkerson each had 4 kills.
Rutgers-Camden finished the Knights Fall Classic with a 3-to-0 loss to Salisbury University (25-14, 25-18, and 25-15).

Cortnee Wilkerson had a team high 7 kills. Victoria Lake notched 6 kills and a block assist, while Olivia Rowland had 2 kills, 2 solo blocks, and 2 block assists.

Kim Bryfogle recorded 16 assists, a kill, and a block assist. Erin Thompson had a team high 17 digs.

Hassan was named to the Knights Fall Classic All-Classic Team.
