CAMDEN, N.J. (Oct. 23, 2023) – The Rutgers University-Camden volleyball team celebrated Senior Night here Monday with a non-conference 3-0 sweep over Penn State-Schuylkill.
Rutgers-Camden won by scores of 25-10, 25-15 and 25-8 to raise its record to 12-10.
The Nittany Lions fell to 7-15.
The Scarlet Raptors celebrated four players prior to the match, honoring seniors
Isabella Choice, Dyamond Free and
Erica Nebrich, along with
Kaliyah Moss, a senior academically who has junior athletic eligibility.

Rutgers-Camden finished with 44 kills, while hitting .330. The Raptors trailed only once, early in the first set, at 3-1 before rattling off seven straight points on their way to a 25-10 win. The only other time Penn State-Schuylkill was even with the Raptors was at 1-1 in the second set before the Scarlet Raptors took the next five points.
Free led the offensive parade with 11 kills, while Moss had 10 kills and hit .474. Choice and Nebrich both had eight kills, with Choice hitting .538. Choice added seven service aces, while Free had four and Nebrich added three.

Mia Owens both had 11.

Rutgers-Camden returns to action Wednesday with a 7 p.m. non-conference match at Gwynedd-Mercy University.
