ALLENTOWN, Penn. (Oct. 7, 2025) – The undefeated Muhlenberg College men's soccer team scored a pair of second-half goals and went on to defeat Rutgers University-Camden, 2-0, in a non-conference game here Tuesday night.
The victory lifts the Mules to 7-0-5, while Rutgers-Camden falls to 6-4-2. The loss snapped the Raptors' three-game winning streak and four-game unbeaten streak (3-0-1).
The two teams battled to a 0-0 halftime deadlock, with Muhlenberg holding slim advantages of 5-4 in shots and 3-2 in corner kicks. The Mules finally broke the scoreless deadlock in the 65th minute when freshman forward Daniel Ariza notched his team-leading fifth goal, assisted by senior back Trevor Mikuta.
Muhlenberg added an insurance tally with one minute left in the game as senior forward Sim Dorsey scored his first goal of the season. He was assisted by sophomore Thomas Shreiber.
The Mules finished with a 20-9 advantage in shots, including 15-5 in the second half. They had a 7-6 edge in corner kicks.

Chris Clune made six saves, while Muhlenberg senior keeper Ben Mulford had four.
The Scarlet Raptors return to action on Saturday when they host Stockton University at 1 p.m. in a New Jersey Athletic Conference game.
