Box Score CAMDEN, PA (Oct. 19, 2013) – The Scarlet Raptors hosted Hunter College and Elmira College today to compete in a tri-match.
Rutgers-Camden opened against Hunter College at 11:00am. The Hawks beat the Scarlet Raptors 3-1 (25-20, 22-25, 28-26, 25-17).
Brooke Hassan (Williamstown, NJ/Williamstown) tallied team highs with 18 assists
Michelle Dixon (Sicklerville, NJ/Eastern) recorded 16 assists and 10 digs.
Sydney Allen (Magnolia, NJ/Sterling) had a team high 9 kills.
The Scarlet Raptors second game of the day was against Elmira College. The Soaring Eagles beat the Scarlet Raptors 3-1 (22-25, 25-20, 25-18, 31-29).
Courtnee Wilkerson (Los Angeles, CA/West Adams Prep) and
Caitlin Marchlowitz (Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) each posted 18 digs.
Olivia Rowland (Hillsborough, NJ/Hillsborough) recorded 8 kills, 2 solo blocks, and 5 block assists.
Morgan Halbruner (Vorhees, NJ/Eastern) had 9 kills and 2 block assists.
Rutgers-Camden (4-23, NJAC 1-5) will host Delaware Valley College on Wednesday, October 23rd.
