Throggs Neck, NY – The Rutgers-Camden women's lacrosse team dominated this afternoon with a 20 to 10 victory over SUNY Maritime (N.Y.). 
 
The Scarlet Raptors started strong with the first goal coming within one minute of action by Jackie Jones at 29:04. A second goal shortly followed by Brigette Forte at 28:22.   Rutgers-Camden finished the period with a 13 to 4 lead. The Scarlet Raptors kept pressure on Maritime outscoring the Privateers 7 to 6 in the second period.
 
Sophomore Holly Cusick had four goals, an assist, four ground balls and caused five turnovers.  Krystal Valianti recorded four goals and two ground balls. Dorothy Westlake had a stellar performance with three goals, two assists, caused five turnovers, and six draw controls.

The Scarlet Raptors (1-1, NJAC 0-0) will host Wilkes University on Monday, March 10th at 4 p.m.
