Scarlet Raptors win in double overtime

Camden, NJ – The Rutgers-Camden women's lacrosse team wins their third game this season over Elizabethtown College 15-to-14 in double overtime.
 

Junior Dorothy Westlake led the team with five caused turnovers. Westlake also netted four goals and grabbed six ground balls.  Cecilia Gross recorded a career high with nine draw controls.  Gross scored four goals and caused two turnovers. Holly Cusick had four goals, four ground balls, an assist, and three draw controls. Krystal Valianti scored the game winning goal with 1:19 left in double overtime.  Valianti scored two goals, an assist, six ground balls, and caused two turnovers.
 

The Scarlet Raptors (3-6, NJAC 0-1) will travel to Richard Stockton College on Tuesday, April 8 at 7:00pm.
