CAMDEN, NJ – The Rutgers-Camden women's lacrosse team won their first New Jersey Athletic Conference game this afternoon over Ramapo College. The Scarlet Raptors 16-to-11 victory over the Roadrunners was their seventh win of the season which is a new program record.
Krystal Valianti had a game high with seven points (4 goals / 3 assists).
Cecilia Gross scored four goals, an assist, three draw controls, and two ground balls.
Nicole Martin notched five points (4 goals / 1 assist). Martin also had four ground balls, three draw controls and two caused turnovers.
Holly Cusick scored two goals, an assist, and a ground ball.
Natalie DiCarlo and
Breanna Heifet each netted a goal for the Scarlet Raptors. Heifet also had eight draw controls and eight ground balls.
Alexa Rocks had ten saves.
The Scarlet Raptors (7-6, NJAC 1-3) will travel to Rowan University on Wednesday, April 27
