WILMINGTON, Delaware (April 10, 2023) – The Rutgers University-Camden golf team moved up one spot on the leaderboard list on the final day of the 12-team Swarthmore DuPont Invitational. The Scarlet Raptors, who sat in eighth place after Monday's first round, finished in seventh with a two-day total of 334-330—664.
The two-day event was held at the Par 71, 7,120-yard DuPont Country Club
Host Swarthmore won the event (307-303—610), nine shots ahead of Goucher College.
Arcadia University finished third, led by individual medalist Brooks Hoffman (72-73—145).
A total of 59 golfers competed, with senior
Patrick DeMareo (79-76—155) leading Rutgers-Camden and tying for ninth place overall. Freshman
Reid Walker (84-80—164) finished tied for 29th, while freshman
Pearse Lee (87-82—169) was 40th.

Ryan Lewbart (88-92—180) tied for 50th.
The Scarlet Raptors play in the Franklin & Marshall Spring Invitational Monday in Lititz, Pennsylvania.
