CAMDEN, New Jersey (April 11, 2017) – The College of New Jersey continued their dominance in DIII women's lacrosse here tonight, as the #1 ranked team in the nation defeated Rutgers University-Camden in a New Jersey Athletic Conference matchup by a score of 17-0.
The Scarlet Raptors dropped to 3-7 (0-2 NJAC) on the season, as TCNJ raised their record to 8-1 (2-0 NJAC). The Lions sit atop the women's lacrosse standings in the NJAC.
Three goals in the first 10 minutes of play saw the Lions jump out to an early lead on the night. Five different TCNJ players registered multiple goals on the night:

Snyder turned away 5 shots from the Lions' dynamic attack, as her record on the season fell to 3-7 in the Scarlet Raptor cage. Lions' goalkeeper Miranda Chrone logged the win.
TCNJ led 14-5 in both draw controls and 16-7 in ground balls.
Rutgers-Camden returns to action when they host Cedar Crest College in a non-conference game on Friday, April 14
