CAMDEN, N.J. (Oct. 19, 2021) – The Rutgers University-Camden volleyball team celebrated six athletes on Senior Night here Tuesday, but it was Kean University that was able to enjoy a 3-1 victory in a big New Jersey Athletic Confewrence match.
The Cougars outlasted the Scarlet Raptors, 25-19, 21-25, 25-18 and 25-15, shortly after Rutgers-Camden honored the outstanding collegiate careers of seniors
Devyn Cobb, Morgan Fox, Brinn Hassan, Savannah Hayes, Delaney Kolb and
Haley Novak.
The victory lifts Kean to 12-9 overall and 5-2 in the NJAC, extending the Cougars' winning streak to seven matches. They have defeated the Scarlet Raptors 11 straight times in the head-to-head series.
Rutgers-Camden falls to 14-8 overall and 3-4 in the NJAC.

Kaliyah Moss, who earned her second NJAC Rookie of the Week honor this season on Monday. They took the lead for good on an ace by Fox, added kills by sophomores
Dyamond Free and
Isabella Choice, and wrapped up the set on another Fox ace.
In the third set, Kean grabbed the lead for good at 8-7 on a kill by Taylor Micheaux, on the way to a 25-18 victory. The Cougars took a 3-2 lead and wrapped up the fourth set, 25-15, to win the match.
Moss finished with her ninth double-double of the season, collecting 13 kills and 10 digs. Fox had 19 digs and three service aces, while Hassan notched 33 assists and nine digs.
Sophomore
Erica Nebrich delivered four service aces and seven kills. Choice and Free added eight and seven kills, respectively.
The Scarlet Raptors play a 6 p.m. non-conference match Thursday at Gwynedd Mercy University.
